nRole & Responsibilities:nn

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.nt
n
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements.nt
n
- Coordinate and perform system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing,



and defect management.nt
n
- Prepare reports and documentation to communicate project progress and recommendations to stakeholders.nt
n
- Provide training and support to users on the PMIS and related tools.nt
n
- Identify and resolve system-related issues, escalating them when necessary.nt
n
- Perform ongoing system administration activities, including user management, configuration changes, and system updates.nt
n
- Keep up to date with PMIS advancements and industry best practices to continuously enhance the system's value.n
n

nQualifications / Requirements:nn

nt
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.nt
n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably related to project management or technology implementation.nt
n




- Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud and Unifier, or other PMIS platforms, is an asset.nt
n
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and tools, such as BABOK, UML, BPMN.nt
n
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and other tools for creating project documentation and process diagrams.nt
n
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.nt
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.nt
n
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.nt
n
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC are considered a plus.n
n
