Int. L&D Developer to work on eLearning modules for a large banking client

Duration: 6 months

Extension possible: Possibly

Conversion Possible: Possibly

Interview Process: 1 round, assignment to also be completed before going to interview stage. Will be sent to selected candidates.

Work Location: Hybrid, onsite twice a month, but as of April will need to be onsite twice a week

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree/Advanced Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology or a related field.

Instructional Design experience

MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint experience

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline360 and RISE360,



as well as video development tools such as Powtoon.

Previous experience developing presentation and communication materials for senior management at all levels.

Project management experience

Proficient with Accessibility requirements for all training development for in-person, virtual, and self-study delivery. Including the use of tools such as Jaws.

NICE TO HAVE

FI or Banking experience
