As the Director of Client Success at Connection Inc., you will lead a team that drives real impact — creating revenue through client success, building a high-performance team, streamlining product delivery, and creating a world-class client experience.

We serve Loan Officers in the United States and we regularly help our clients double their volumes by helping them implement our proven referral-based success strategies, our CRM, our appointment-setting service, and A.I. powered digital marketing services.
16 years ago our founder started in the mortgage industry and quickly realized that technology would be crucial for The Modern Loan Officer. Since that time Connection Inc. has grown from a small digital marketing agency to one of the premier sales enablement platforms for loan officers in the United States.
Most recently Connection Inc. and The Mortgage Marketing Animals have merged to create the largest and most effective coaching and technology partnership.
Mortgage Marketing Animals provides large and small group coaching to help loan officers implement “The Daily Success Plan” which is a proven business building and management process that takes just 2 hours a day 4 days a week.
It creates incredible results.
As our coaching clients' businesses grow they need a CRM, help to manage their CRM, help to set their appointments,
and help building their online presence.
Connection Inc. offers the done with you technology solutions that help our clients solve these problems and scale even further.
We regularly help loan officers close twice as many loans while working half the amount of time which has led to our incredible growth.
This leads us to the need to fill this very important new role within the organization.
What this is …
You will be responsible for working directly with our account managers, clients, and founders to create client success teams, processes, and standards of service for all 3 of Connection Inc.’s product lines.
Right now we are getting fantastic results and referrals but it is due to the quality of our people, not our systems.
This role is to come in and document and create the most powerful process for our team members and our clients.
Create an accountability and customer journey around the experience and then create a standardized client success process across all 3 product lines.
Then, to attract, hire, and build a high-performance team that delivers our client success journey at scale.
The measurements for success in this role are client churn, client referrals, reviews, survey scores, and revenue retained.
You will need to be self-managed and be able to quickly act to implement your vision for success.

- Stepping in and managing an existing process and team with standardized deliverables.
- Slow-paced.
- A punch in and punch out job where you do not feel fulfilled.
- An environment where you are micromanaged or forced to wait for decisions from senior staff.
