WEINS Auto Group is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Construction and Facilities. The Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager – Construction and plays a critical role in supporting the Project Manager(s) with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and facilities projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Track project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.




- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and properly filed.
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
- Help prepare cost estimates and financial reports. Identify and address any financial discrepancies.
- Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for facilities. Address urgent maintenance issues promptly.
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

Specific Qualifications:

- A valid Ontario G2/G driver's license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field




- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in construction, facilities project coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, maintenance, and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
