Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings

Salary: $24.02/hour

What you’ll be doing:

- Completing all designated routes as outlined in a pre-set schedule.
- Loading & unloading store shipments and donated goods.
- Operating trucks efficiently and ensuring safety on the roads at all times.
- Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on vehicles.
- Operating forklifts or pallet jacks to safely move items.
- Understanding and modeling Goodwill Health and Safety policies, safe work practices and procedures.
- Assist in other areas or perform functions outside of regular duties, as requested.

What you bring to the table:

- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and a clear driving record.
- Must be 25 years or older, as per insurance requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.




- 1-year experience driving a 5 tonne truck.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods training will be considered an asset.
- Have the ability to lift 10 kilograms and perform physical work on a continual basis.
- Have the mechanical ability to perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as required on a 5-ton truck.
- Have ability to remain alert and maintain a high level of concentration.
- Deliver amazing customer service by going above and beyond for all Goodwill customers.
- Demonstrate teamwork and engage fellow Team Members in contributing to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
- Recognize the great efforts of fellow Team Members through genuine recognition activities.
- Contribute to a welcoming & accepting work environment by showing respect at all times.




- Hold oneself and fellow Team Members accountable in their roles and for their contributions to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
- Continuously look to improve oneself and the organization in any aspect including but not limited to processes, communications, tasks and customer experience.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks, ensuring safety of self as well as fellow Team Members.
