The Role

As a Tier-2 Customer Care Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of providing advanced support to our global customer base. Your technical expertise will enable you to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to email and SaaS products. You'll interact with customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring they receive exceptional service and feel valued. Job Details

The role is fully remote within Canada, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with our team virtually.

What You'll Bring

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer support
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of web technologies and support tools
- Experience troubleshooting advanced issues with email and SaaS products




- Proficiency in navigating DNS settings and domain registrars
- ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in Tier-2 or advanced-level SaaS customer support
- A desire for continuous learning and professional growth
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ️ Familiarity with customer support systems like Help Scout, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Salesforce
