· Assist in hiring, training, motivating, counselling and monitoring the performance of all sales employees.

· Ensure the lot manager and sales staff keep the lot clean and organized.

· Oversee all Internet leads and outbound activity.

· Provide guidance to all sales team members in establishing and reaching short and long-term sales goals.

· Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.

· Ensures that new salespeople understand and follow dealership processes.

· Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.





· Oversees the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.

· Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.

· Work with Sales Associates and coach them through the sales process.

· Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to Sales Manager.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient in math for analyzing sales data and forecasting
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base




- Familiarity with retail sales operations is advantageous
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team towards achieving sales goals
