Job Title: Nutrition and Housekeeping ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Nutrition and Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a new long-term care facility in Kamloops, B.C.Key Responsibilities:Manage food service operations to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.Hire, train, and direct food service staff regarding food presentation, cost control, quality, and cash handling.Order inventory, develop menus, and plan production.Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services for the facility.Monitor and verify timecards, payroll, and accounting documentation through web-based systems.Foster positive working relationships with client management, residents, colleagues,



and staff.Requirements:Active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM).Degree or diploma in Nutrition Management required.Previous supervisory or management experience in food service required.Experience in long-term or healthcare a definite asset.Basic knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and light maintenance requirements preferred.Menu management, budget balancing, and operational costs management skills necessary.Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Compensation:$65,000 - $68,000 per year.
