Operational Leadership

Develop and implement strategies to optimize daily operations and patient growth.
Monitor and improve key business metrics to ensure smooth clinic performance.
Compliance & Patient Safety

Ensure adherence to provincial health regulations and compliance programs.
Lead by example to maintain the highest patient safety standards.
Team Leadership & Development

Inspire, coach, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve productivity and engagement goals.
Drive recruitment efforts, manage staffing costs, and oversee payroll and accounts receivable.
Qualifications :

Diploma or degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.




3-5 years of experience in a healthcare, retail, or service-based setting.
Proven experience in management, with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with clinic or healthcare software is an asset.
Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
