Senior Technical Business Analyst with Maximo/Oracle experience to identify data quality issues across integrated systems | [JE-23]

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with Maximo/Oracle experience to identify data quality issues across integrated systems

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at Calgary or Edmonton location

Must Haves:

- 7+ years as a Business Analyst with a technical background for identifying data quality issues.
- Must have strong experience with MS Suite, JIRA and Power BI
- Previous experience with Maximo, Oracle (OIC, OFS)

Nice to Have:

- CBAP certification
- Previous experience working within utilities industry
- Experience with iGrafx for process management.
- Experience with Test Case & script creation

Responsibilities:





- Support technology implementation projects integrating legacy systems with cloud applications.
- Understand business goals, objectives, and project value to effectively work with subject matter experts and business users to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Work with business to identify, understand, and document the current state organization structure and business processes.
- Collaborate with IT resources for inclusion and documentation of non-functional technicaland operational requirements.
- Work with business and third party experts to understand, assess, and document the future state target operating model, business processes, and business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing data sets to identify quality issues (e.g., missing, inconsistent, outdated, or inaccurate data).
- Understand and validate the proposed technical solution against business requirement's
- Define and document business use cases.
- Collect data requirements ensuring they align with business functional requirements.




- Analyze data drift reports and work with the Program Business Leads to prioritize and facilitate data cleanup activities with the responsible work groups and help identify solutions to mitigate data drift issues.
- Experience with creating mockups for dashboards and operational reporting
