Intermediate Business Analyst to assist in development and delivery of effective engagement, change management and communication strategies for modernizati - [Z948]

Our Ministry client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to assist in development and delivery of effective engagement, change management and communication strategies for modernization project.

Initial contract February 24, 2025 - December 31, 2025 w/ option to extend for 1 year. Work can be done mostly remote, but must be available to come to Victoria office quarterly at your own expense. Hours are approx. 25-35 hours per week.

Must Have Skills:

- Minimum 5 years recent IM/IT business analysis experience related to the delivery of large, complex, or transformational projects.
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in each of: business analysis work planning, change management and communication activities




- Experience working with BC Government ministry stakeholders
- Experience working with external government crown corporations and agencies
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology or communications related field
