Our valued Public Sector client is in need of a Senior Business Transformation Architect to provide expert advise on the implementation of an ITSM System (OTRS) within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Successful implementation of IT modernization solutions in a federal government context.
- Process engineering and expert-level understanding of IT service management best practices to ensure operational excellence in a federal government context.
- Development of a broader corporate service business delivery strategy that aligns with the Government of Canada’s digital strategy.
- Analysis of current operational practices, implementation of improvements,
and strategic alignment among operational teams to achieve IT service management excellence in a federal government context.
- Development, design and implementation of an OTRS-powered IT service management ticketing system and client-facing portal.
- Statistical analysis and metric design for IT service metrics.
- Detailed design and development of “as-is” and “to be” process models.
- Liaison between a federal government department and IT service management vendor to ensure operational needs are met.
- Analysis of IT service management solution evolution and its impacts on IT service delivery in a federal government context.
- Risk and mitigation planning.
- Identify and document information, procedures, decision flows and associated policies to ensure alignment with IT service management best practices.
- Provide strategic advice to management and executives.

- ITIL Examiner and Accredited Trainer
- COBIT/CGEIT
- ISO 20000
- PMP
- Gartner TCO Expert
Must have:
- Secret Clearance
