What is the opportunity?
The Co-op Data Operations Analyst, Data Management Operations in Bedford Nova Scotia will be responsible for supporting the Chief Data Office in driving business process improvement.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Closely work with and respond to Stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and access requests within standard SLAs
- Gain a working knowledge of RBCs business processes
- Work as part of an agile team to achieve project goals
- Apply critical thought to existing tools, controls and processes; make recommendations and test solutions
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Ability to analyze and resolve data related issues
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven
- Effective communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex data environments and related issues
- Proficient in Excel and Word
Nice-to-have
- Reporting capabilities
- Effective presentation skills
- Experience working in a client facing role or in a credit, risk or operational capacity.

Please note:This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2025 Student placement with a start date of May 2025, and end date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
