Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Training Lead with SAP (ERP) experience to design & develop an end-to-end training program for an SAP S/4 implementation that extends across multiple business units including field sites.

1-year assignment with extensions

Senior Training Lead is responsible for the development and execution of the project’s training plan for a global SAP S/4 project.

Must Have:

- 7+ years of experience as a Training Lead
- Experience leading large training initiatives like an SAP (ERP) implementation
- Experience partnering with OCM to understand the change impacts in order to execute and deliver on the training needs assessment
- Ability to govern the quality, effort,



timeline of entire training development plan
- Ability to develop/ author instructionally sound training content
- Hands-on experience in instructional Design, content writing
- Experience using SAP Enable Now
