We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our clients B2E technology portfolio, including systems for HR, Finance, Data Services, Systems Integration, and Business Analysis. This role requires expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Align IT strategies with business goals, identify opportunities for innovation, and manage budgets and resources.
- Team Management : Lead and motivate IT teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Systems Oversight : Manage and optimize enterprise systems, ensure data governance, and integrate cross-functional processes.
- Vendor Relations : Oversee contracts, negotiations, and compliance with industry standards.
About You
- 10+ years of senior IT leadership experience managing enterprise systems and technology infrastructure.
- Expertise in Workday, SAP Finance, Oracle Finance, and cloud technologies.
- Strong project management, communication, and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with IT governance, agile methodologies, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Kafka, Mulesoft).
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
