Poste permanent - Gestionnaire de projet technique IT (Montréal - Hybride)
RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE
Le chef de projet technique, intégration informatique, est chargé de gérer l'intégration des technologies de l'information dans l'entreprise après une acquisition. Il dirige des équipes interfonctionnelles dans la planification, la conception et l'exécution du processus d'intégration, en veillant à ce que les objectifs de l'acquisition soient atteints et à ce que la transition se fasse en douceur.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de projet, des calendriers et des budgets pour l'intégration des technologies de l'information.
- Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les services informatiques, les unités opérationnelles et les partenaires fournisseurs, dans le cadre de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et des essais de nouveaux systèmes et processus.
- Gérer les risques, les problèmes et les dépendances, et formuler des recommandations pour atténuer les risques et résoudre les problèmes
- Communiquer l'état d'avancement du projet, les risques et les problèmes aux parties prenantes, y compris la direction générale et les sponsors du projet.
- Veiller à ce que les activités d'intégration soient conformes à la stratégie informatique globale de l'entreprise et à ses objectifs commerciaux
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de gestion du changement pour soutenir l'adoption de nouveaux systèmes et processus.
- Fournir une assistance après la mise en œuvre et des recommandations d'amélioration continue.
- Gérer les parties prenantes et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les collaborateurs internes et externes, de la technologie à la gestion du changement.
- Maintenir des tableaux de bord de manière périodique et progressive tout au long du programme/projet dans JIRA
- Construire, diriger et coordonner, en mode de supervision directe et/ou indirecte, les activités d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire comprenant
- Rédiger des rapports sur l'ensemble du projet (avancement, problèmes, coûts, clôture, etc.) en respectant les indicateurs de performance établis. Diriger la gestion des risques du projet. Gérer efficacement la livraison du projet
- Assurer une documentation correcte dans Confluence
- Transmettre les phases du projet aux opérations par le biais de sessions d'information et de formation planifiées.
EXIGENCES
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques, avec un accent sur les intégrations informatiques dans le cadre de fusions et d'acquisitions.
- Excellente connaissance des technologies TI (infrastructure, réseau, sécurité, télécom, …)
- Expérience des fusions et acquisitions du point de vue de l'infrastructure informatique (intégration des systèmes, migration des données, cybersécurité, reprise après sinistre/continuité, gestion des fournisseurs et gestion du changement).
DOIT AVOIR DE L’EXPÉRIENCE SUIVANTE :
Vérification et analyse :
- Audit de l’infrastructure informatique existante à tous les niveaux de la société acquise
- Analyse complète de l’entreprise et de ses besoins informatiques (fabrication, comptabilité et finance, développement, etc...)
Migrations :
- Profils d’employés : Compte de messagerie, Boîtes aux lettres, One Drive, Teams, Teams Folders, SharePoint (O365)
- Postes de travail : AutoPilote via Intune,
réimage et re-déploiement des applications approuvées, Teamviewer, etc..
- Imprimantes : Impression universelle et migration vers un nouveau réseau Déploiement d’applications CyberSecurity : Tannium, Carbon black, Cisco Anyconnect VPN, Cisco Umbrella, Okta
- Mise en réseau : Pare-feu Meraki, Commutateurs, Points d’accès, 802.1.x, VLAN, ISP, Redondance, Fortigate
- Stockage : Cloud AWS, AZURE, OCI ou Nutanix (Commvault, Wasabi)
- Serveurs : réinstallation pendant la migration selon les normes GW
- Surveillance du serveur : Graylogs, Datadog, Pagerduty, Bomgar, etc
- Applications (analyse opérationnelle, besoins, synergie, demande d’approbation pour de nouvelles applications par l’équipe de sécurité des TI)
- Analyse et migration ERP
- Téléphonie (système, centre d’appels, mobilité, etc.)
- Conférence (équipement AV)

- Leadership influent et sens politique aigu
- Capacité à coopérer efficacement, à rendre des comptes et à faire partie de la solution
- Capacité supérieure à s'adapter au changement
- Connaissance des outils Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
- Expérience de la rédaction d'Epics, de User Stories, d'Artifacts et de la documentation PM traditionnelle
- Bilinguisme, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit : anglais, français. Le tagalog (Philippines) serait un atout.
- Capacité à voyager au Canada, et peut-être aux États-Unis et en Asie, sur une base obligatoire pour les activités liées aux réunions. Un passeport en cours de validité est requis.
- Bureau de Montréal - mode hybride (3 jours au bureau)

Permanent position - Technical Project Manager IT (Montreal - Hybrid)
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Project Manager, IT Integration is responsible for managing the integration of information technologies into the company after an acquisition. This individual will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and execution of the integration process, ensuring that the acquisition objectives are met, and the transition is smooth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for the integration of information technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and vendor partners, in the design, implementation, and testing of new systems and processes
- Manage risk, issues, and dependencies, and make recommendations to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership and project sponsors
- Ensure that integration activities are aligned with the company's overall IT strategy and business objectives
- Develop and implement change management plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators; from technology to change management
- Set up governance and the right communication channels between project collaborators and ensure ongoing communication with all stakeholders
- Maintain dashboards on a periodic and progressive basis throughout the program/projects in JIRA
- Build lead and coordinate, in direct and/or indirect supervision mode, the activities of a multidisciplinary team including
- Write reports on the entire project (progress, problems, costs, closing, etc.) while respecting established performance indicators. Lead project risk management. Effectively manage project delivery
- Assure proper documentation in Confluence
- Hand over project phases to Operations through scheduled information and training sessions
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on mergers and acquisition IT integrations
- Excellent knowledge of IT technologies (infrastructure, network, security, telecom, etc.)
- Must have experience in mergers and acquisitions experience from an IT Infrastructure prospective (systems integration; data migration; cybersecurity; disaster recovery/continuity; vendor management and change management)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
Audit and Analysis:
- Audit of existing IT infrastructure at all levels from acquired company
- Full analysis of business and its IT needs (Manufacturing, Accounting and Finance, Development, etc…)
Migrations:
- Employee profiles: Mail account, Mailboxes, One Drive, Teams, Teams Folders, SharePoint (O365)
- Workstations: AutoPilote via Intune, reimage and re-deployment of approved applications, Teamviewer etc..
- Printers: Universal Print and migration to new network
- CyberSecurity applications deployment: Tannium, Carbon black, Cisco Anyconnect VPN, Cisco Umbrella, Okta
- Networking: Meraki Firewall, Switches, Access Points, 802.1.x, VLAN, ISP, redundancy, Fortigate
- Storage: Cloud AWS, AZURE, OCI or Nutanix (Commvault, Wasabi)
- Servers: Re-installation during migration according to GW standards
- Server monitoring: Graylogs, Datadog, Pagerduty , Bomgar etc
- Applications (Business analysis, needs, synergy, seek approval for new applications by IT Security team)
- ERP analysis and migration
- Telephony (System, call center, Mobility etc.)
- Conferencing (AV equipment)

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, workstations, applications, cyber security tools and systems integration
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written English, French. Tagalog (Philippines) would be an asset.
- Ability to travel within Canada, and perhaps United States and Asia, on a required basis for meeting-related activities. A valid passport required.
- Location: Montreal - Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
