Salary: $80,000.00 annual salary; wage rate: approximately Wage Rate: 38.47 per hour for 40 Hours Per week
Benefits: bonus contingent upon performance.
Job Duties:
The Associate Director Sales & Client Relationship in this role will be responsible for overseeing and driving strategic client relationships, primarily focusing on expanding and maintaining a customer base across Canada and the United States. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in managing cross-functional teams across global regions, ensuring optimal performance, and driving revenue growth. This senior-level position will involve close coordination with delivery teams across Brazil, India, and the Philippines, ensuring the execution of customer deliverables while fostering long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
- Authorize the creation of key departments and senior staff positions.
- Allocate resources (material, human, financial) to implement policies and establish financial controls.
- Approve promotional campaigns and oversee personnel planning.
- Select and hire middle managers, directors, and executive staff.
- Coordinate operations across regions, divisions, or departments.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions or delegate representatives.
Skills Requirements:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
1 year to less than 2 years of related experience is required.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that optimize business performance.
Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Strong leadership skills with experience hiring and mentoring senior executive teams.
