You will report directly to the Director as the Co-Director of Programs and Services. In this role, you will support the Director by analyzing program trends, overseeing budget activities, and representing ANNISAA in the community. Your responsibilities will emphasize financial accountability, strategic recommendations, and professional development initiatives. This role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, driving portfolio growth and advancing new initiatives that address inclusion and self-empowerment challenges for women and girls. The Co-Director will oversee the implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of ANNISAA’s programs, ensuring they meet the organization’s standards and align with funder requirements. As part of the executive team, the Co-Director will actively participate in strategic planning and budgeting,



working collaboratively to solve challenges and support ANNISAA’s mission to empower women and girls in leadership, significantly impacting the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Trend Analysis and Strategic Recommendations: Analyze program trends and performance, identify challenges and opportunities, and present data-driven solutions to the Director.
- Budget and Administration: Support the Director in agency-wide budget planning, oversee specific program budgets, and ensure financial accountability through regular reporting.
- Professional Development: Committed to continuous learning and growth, the Co-Director will facilitate staff training opportunities and promote continuous learning to enhance skills and ensure compliance with current standards, providing a supportive and encouraging environment for our team.
- Local Community Engagement:



Actively represent ANNISAA in community activities, advocate for relevant issues, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers and funding organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevant Work Experience: Proven experience in non-profit organizations, particularly in program development, service delivery, and team leadership.
- Educational Certification: Certification in Social Work, Social Development, Community Development, Social Services, Project Management, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Eventbrite, and data management systems, with the ability to generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Human Resources Management: Experience in HR management, including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative team environment.




- Communication and Networking Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build relationships with community partners.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for trend analysis and strategic planning, with a proven ability to identify challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Commitment to Mission and Cultural Competence: A strong passion for ANNISAA’s mission, understanding and sensitivity to diverse populations, and a commitment to creating inclusive environments.
- Vulnerable Sector Check: Must provide a satisfactory Police Record Check and a Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check, demonstrating alignment with the Agency’s mission and commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment.

- Step 3: First Interview (Zoom): Selected candidates will participate in a formal interview via Zoom to discuss their qualifications, skills, and how they align with the role's expectations.
- Step 4: Scenario-Based Home Assignment: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a scenario-based home assignment to demonstrate their approach to relevant challenges and tasks.




- Step 5: Final Selection and Onboarding: Successful candidates will be informed of their selection and provided with the next steps for onboarding.
