We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) team as a Customer Care and Programs Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive relationships between ETS and the public. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating various ETS programs.

What will you do?

- Respond to and monitor the follow-up on customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner





- Coordinate and administer ETS programs, ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program activities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and program delivery

- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for service improvement and program enhancement

- Completion of Grade twelve (12) including business subjects with an emphasis on customer service delivery OR completion of a business related post secondary certification program from an approved school/college

- Three (3) years experience in customer service and conflict resolution, with demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical experience, including data entry, creation and maintenance of databases, status reports, and document control and creation

Assets:

- Experience using Rams or Apex application, and data verification

- Special knowledge of the Freedom of Information Protection Act as it pertains to City of Edmonton customers

Skills required for success:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills





- Proficiency with Google Applications

- Strong client relationship skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work within maintained timelines

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Conditions of Employment:

- Hire is dependent on a Criminal Records Check (CRC) security clearance that is satisfactory to the City of Edmonton and is a requirement of this position. There may be a cost associated with this requirement

This position ​may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement ​with ​the flexibility to work from both home and the worksite as per the Letter of Understanding between the City of Edmonton and Civic Service Union 52.

- The weekly hours of work for this position are currently under review and may change at a future time. Any changes will be made in accordance with the City of Edmonton/Civic Service Union 52 collective agreement and the incumbent will be notified in advance.

Up to 1 temporary full-time position for up to 11 months

Hours of Work: 33.75 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary Range:



$28.644 - $35.917 (Hourly)
