Apply today if you are qualified applicant looking for a challenging and rewarding career! Warehouse Manager Reports to the Senior Director of Operations. The Warehouse Manager will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure all goals and deadlines are met. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Education

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

Years of Experience

- 5+ years in manufacturing or warehousing environment including managerial experience.

Working Conditions

- In Office and Manufacturing Setting;
- Work may involve some exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, fume, smoke, unpleasant odors and loud noises;
- On site work environment involves some exposure to hazards of physical risks that require knowledge of and adherence of basic safety procedures;




- Work environment requires having safety footwear and safety glasses; and
- Flexible to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Job Specific Duties

- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing and training warehouse employees;
- Manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals;
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts and annual inventory count;
- Manage inventory levels and ensure material shortages are reported and actioned as per process in a timely manner;
- Overseeing the efficiency of receiving goods from suppliers;
- Maintain productivity levels according to plant goals;
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and demand;
- Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers;




- Work with management in a join effort to provide the worker with a safe attitude, safe surroundings, and safe equipment;
- Constantly work to improve processes; and
- Any other tasks assigned by the Senior Director of Operations.
