The Role

SensorUp is seeking an adaptable and proactive Sales and Marketing Operations Associate to join our lean and fast-paced team. This role is pivotal in bridging sales and marketing efforts, ensuring operational excellence, and driving efficiency across key functions. You’ll work on a variety of tasks, from content creation to CRM management (HubSpot), while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support our growth goals.

Your Influence

- Content Coordination: Develop, edit, and manage marketing and sales collateral, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media updates, presentations,



and sales enablement materials.
- Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales teams and tracking results to inform future strategies.
- CRM Management: Own and optimize HubSpot, including managing workflows, data integrity, lead tracking, and reporting to ensure seamless operations between sales and marketing.
- Data and Insights: Monitor key performance metrics for both sales and marketing activities, generating actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to align on goals, streamline processes, and provide operational support where needed.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement tools, processes,



and best practices to support a high-performing sales and marketing engine.

Your Experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and tackle diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building workflows, managing contact databases, and creating reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics.
- Nice to have: ESG/GhG experience

Salary ranges are determined by the role and level required for the position. Factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training and location determine individual pay.
