We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to play a key role in shaping the future of our client's people strategy.
This is a 3-month contract opportunity requiring 4-5 days a week on site in North York.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management on a wide range of issues, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Lead the development and delivery of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development,
employee engagement, and succession planning.
Manage and advise on all aspects of employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations.
Partner with leaders to identify and address HR challenges and drive organizational effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing a broad range of HR functions within a complex organization.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
CHRL designation or equivalent is preferred.
