Our mission is to facilitate an eco-friendly transition in residential and commercial heating and cooling solutions across North America by offering high-quality electric heat pump products and unmatched post-sale support.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist based in Ontario. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge in the heat pump and HVAC sectors,



responsible for assisting partner company technicians with troubleshooting through virtual technical support.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of an emerging brand in a dynamic, high-energy start-up environment.Key Responsibilities• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite support.• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.• Providing step-by-step guidance to customers.• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.• Documenting and tracking customer interactions and solutions.• Collaborating with other team members to improve support processes.• Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.• Facilitating training sessions for dealers on installation and troubleshooting techniques.• Maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.• Offering strong customer service with patience and empathy.Required Qualifications• 3-10 years of proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician,



ideally with exposure to residential and light commercial systems.• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.• HVAC/R certification preferred but not required.• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of Gree/Kinghome products.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical guidance.• Ability to facilitate training sessions and develop training materials.• Experience managing warranty issues and customer relations.• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal sales teams and other departments.• Proactive approach to identifying and driving improvements in products and services.• Fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications• G2 and 313D certificates.Benefits & Perks• Health, Dental & Vision Care• Annual Incentive Plan• Referral Bonuses• Paid Time Off (PTO)
