Overview:

Multicultural CDM - second language is a requirement

This opportunity is a 6 month temporary development assignment (TDA).

At Frito Lay Canada the CDM will have primary ownership of selling activities at stores across our large format system and will liaise between customers and other team members. Responsible for order placement for non-merch stores. Ensures effective communications are in place between all large format team members.

Responsibilities:

- All selling activities
- CMA compliance, perimeter fixtures
- Better Together Solution Selling
- Priority execution / innovation LID
- Period business reviews with every customer
- Forecasting
- Premium growth order (display/feature activity)
- Supports CSS Development (Coaching)

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends and holidays.
- Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license
