Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to independently lead and scale our sales development efforts. This is a unique, hands-on role where you will be responsible for building and executing strategies that drive qualified leads, support DO6's growth objectives,



and build client relationships to meet revenue targets. You will own the sales development function end-to-end, working closely with our VP of Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and refine sales development strategies that generate qualified leads for our AEM services, supporting revenue growth and meeting established sales goals. Actively identify, engage, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients, expanding DO6’s client base in the AEM space. Ensure alignment with overall sales targets and company objectives.

- Meeting Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets that contribute directly to the company’s revenue objectives. Track performance against goals and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

- Pipeline and Forecasting: Independently manage the sales pipeline to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads. Use data to track performance and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.

- Process Improvement and Optimization:



Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales development process, utilizing tools, technologies, and best practices to drive efficiency and results.

- Market Analysis and Insights: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and maintain DO6’s competitive edge.

- Collaboration with Marketing & Project Teams: Partner closely with our VP of Sales and Marketing and Senior Project Manager to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead handoffs, ensuring a seamless transition and collaboration on shared goals.

- Facilitate Adobe Partnership and Client Relationships: Build partnerships with Adobe and engage directly with clients to generate qualified opportunities, supporting lead generation and nurturing client trust throughout the sales process.

- Prepare and Present Business Development Reports: Track, analyze,



and report on performance metrics. Use insights from data to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and identify areas for growth. Regularly prepare, analyze, and present business development reports to the Management team, providing insights into progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in sales development or business development, with hands-on experience managing the entire sales development function. Experience in digital solutions, SaaS, or a related field is highly preferred.

- Strong Understanding of the Digital Agency Landscape: In-depth knowledge of the digital agency environment, with experience identifying client needs and aligning them with effective digital solutions.

- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills,



capable of assessing market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

- Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and influence decision-makers .

- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales development goals independently. Strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
