Newcap Leasing is an established equipment leasing company committed to offering best-in-class financing solutions to a broad spectrum of businesses across Canada from start-up businesses to established.We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic documentation and funding analyst to help manage an increase in deal volume and growing team. In this role you will help manage documentation processes from front end to back end, assisting the sales team in delivering quick and efficient sales. Candidates will require a high level of attention to detail, ability to work in a fast past and positive environment. This position requires exceptional spoken and written English, being organized, efficient, knowledgeable,



accurate and professional.Responsibilities• Primary communication link with sales team to ensure fast turnaround of credit applications at the application stage, documentation, and funding.• Accurately prepare all relevant lease documentation for assigned reps as required within a timely manner.• Prepare lease contracts using input from reps and ensuring all necessary documents are included for a given deal.• Co-ordinate signature of documents through online and e-signature software.• Keep records of incoming customers via our CRM software using our various methods of application collection.• Audit all assigned documentation packages in a timely manner to meet customer expectations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy and procedures.• Complete funding checklist with accuracy to facilitate correct transfer of information to necessary funding departments.• Register security under PPSA to ensure perfection. Conduct searches and obtain waivers where required.• Complete audit calls to verify lease information.• Follow-up,

Follow up with credit and funding departments if decision times are lagging in order to ensure sales team expectations are being met.Desired Skills and ExperiencePrevious industry experience is a major plusCollege degree or equivalent experience.Minimum four (4) years of administration experience preferably in financial services.Knowledge of leasing industry considered an asset but not required.Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills
