As a Senior Security Specialist, you will be instrumental in leading the transition to a unified Network Access Control (NAC) solution, leveraging your expertise in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of Cisco ISE solutions to secure network access and implement security policiesMigrate ClearPass and Forescout environments to Cisco ISE, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal downtime and maintaining security standardsTroubleshoot and resolve Cisco ISE-related issues, ensuring continuous, reliable network accessDefine and enforce standard processes for NAC policies, aligning with organizational security goals and best practicesOptimize NAC for wired, wireless, and VPN environments, with a focus on tags rather than IP/VLAN assignmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, IT, and security operations, to ensure successful integration and ongoing support of Cisco ISE solutionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco ISE in enterprise environments,



including configuration and deploymentProven expertise in migrating ClearPass and Forescout solutions to Cisco ISEStrong understanding of NAC principles, such as 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, and posture assessmentFamiliarity with network protocols and security technologies like VLANs, firewalls, and VPNsKnowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plusPay Rate: $80-100.00/hour Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
