About Us: : This is an exciting opportunity to join the new chapter of Sprouse Fire & Safety - an Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc, we’re seeking a Service/Scheduling Coordinator is motivated, with a strong technical and administrative focus to coordinate compliance preventive maintenance and repairs for our clients while meeting the required KPI targets. This position will require an ability to work effectively via phone and emails with other departments such as coordinating with our Field Scheduling team who provide the labor and materials to complete these jobs.This position will also arrange for security clearance for our employees when required. Using your professional verbal skills you will coordinate with clients,



outside the organization and clients within our organization. If you enjoy engaging with a dynamic range of people on a day-to-day basis you will find this job most rewarding!Responsibilities:Confirm schedulesEnforce client Protocols such as timecards and signaturesCommunicate updates to our Client Data Communication teamAudit schedule vs requestsConfirm Onyx Key Performance Indicators are met dailyBook appointments via phone with clients and or their security teamsOther Administrative task as neededProficiency in spoken and written English is requiredStrong attention to detail and record keepingAbility to prioritize work, and meet customer deadlinesUnderstanding and ability to work with enterprise-wide systems and applicationsExcellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers, working both in a team and independentlyHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment in a quickly evolving industryEfficient and comfortable with technology and software applicationsAbility to make sound judgement decisions; problem analysis and problem-solving skillsCustomer focused, outgoing personalityQualifications:3–5 years in a high paced service-oriented businessExperience with scheduling softwareProficient in Microsoft ExcelEagar to learn and growJoin Us: Our high-performance culture fosters growth and development, offering opportunities to take on more responsibility and be part of a team with shared goals.
