Our family is looking to hire a friendly and reliable person to assist with daily housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry, meal prep and some childcare. Our kids are relatively independent (12 and 10 yrs old) but we would like someone who can be there when they arrive home from school to provide a healthy snack and assist them in getting ready for their extracurricular activities. Most of the role would be housekeeping but there would be some childcare during the after-school period.
Hours could be 2-5pm or 1:30-4:30pm. We could do 4 days a week instead of 5 days or some longer and some shorter days (ie 2 hours a day some days and 4 hours a day other days).
We could do a couple mornings and a few afternoons if that works better for the right candidate. Overall, we have some flexibility and are happy to discuss a work schedule that works best for the right candidate.
We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible. Our home is conveniently located in Midtown Toronto (near Yonge & Davisville) with easy TTC access.
