Job Title: Senior Project Manager – myHealthHub Integrated Bedside Terminal
Location: British Colombia , Canada
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare IT projects, preferably in hospital environments.
- Experience with Healthcare Solutions: Experience with patient-facing technology solutions like Integrated Bedside Terminals , telehealth, or similar systems is required.
- Business Case Development: Proven experience in developing comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Strong skills in managing multiple vendor relationships and coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups, including clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Experience with Implementation Methodology: Familiarity with PQTO Implementation Methodology or similar healthcare project management methodologies.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills to manage a diverse team and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Ability to identify project risks, manage mitigation strategies, and solve problems in real time.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with hospital IT infrastructure, software deployment, and integrations. Ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure successful system deployment.
- Change Management Expertise: Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies to support system adoption across an organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of myHealthHub or similar integrated bedside terminal platforms.
- Familiarity with hospital IT systems and their integration with patient care platforms.
- Experience working with patient advisory groups and facilitating user engagement in the healthcare sector.
