Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: $120,000+ per year, plus benefits and additional perks
Key Details:
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in commercial interior construction, with a proven track record in managing complex projects
- Education: Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation,
and client relationship management skills

- Vacation: 3 weeks/year, with additional personal and emergency days
About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects. You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and timely delivery. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and support business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Guide and mentor junior staff members to ensure professional development
- Represent the company in RFP presentations and client meetings
