We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and Tuesday night dinner for our esteemed clientele.
Cook General Requirements:
» Proven practice as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen setting.




» Strong culinary expertise and a passion for food preparation and presentation.
» expertise of various cooking techniques and a diverse range of cuisines.
» capability to plan and execute menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
» Excellent organizational and time management expertise.

Cook Responsibilities:
» Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and Tuesday night dinner, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to established recipes.
» Plan menus and create diverse, flavorful dishes that meet the dietary preferences and restrictions of our clients.
» Collaborate with the team to develop innovative menu ideas and seasonal specials.
» Take responsibility for shopping and ordering ingredients through Sysco, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.




» Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
» Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a hygienic work environment.
» Cooperate with the team to meet customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
Schedule:
» Monday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
» Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
» Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
» Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour.
