ensuring that our work is environmentally sustainable and integrated into the communities we serve. If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Tenant Relations & Leasing Manager at our New Brunswick, Fredericton properties.

Reporting to the Manager of Tenant Services, the Tenant Relations & Leasing Manager will support Tenants across a designated area of the commercial portfolio in New Brunswick with any day-to-day support needed and providing excellent client service.

As Tenant Relations & Leasing Manager, you’ll get to:

- Tenant Interaction: Respond to inquiries, provide information about available properties, and guide potential tenants through the leasing process.
- Application Processing: Collect rental applications, verify information, and assist with background checks and credit evaluations.
- Communicate maintenance issues to the maintenance team and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
- Assist with property marketing efforts, including online listings, open houses,



and advertisements.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Move-in/Move-out Procedures: Oversee the move-in and move-out process, including property inspections and handling deposits.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property files. Be aware of landlord and tenant obligations under lease.
- Providing leasing/vacant unit updates.
- Overseeing our database of leads, lease expirations, and prospects for future years and maintaining competitive market knowledge.
- Leveraging our in-house legal department to produce associated paperwork.




- Ensure tenant issues regarding maintenance and building systems are appropriately raised with maintenance and Building systems teams.
- Ensure understanding of delay on any outstanding tickets and sharing info about the same with tenants.
- Ensure tenants are promptly advised of any issues impacting the building or their tenancy in accordance with communications protocols.
- Plan and facilitate any tenant recognition events.
- Ensure any onsite administrators are properly trained and present a professional image to tenants at all times.
- Ensure all SOP regarding tenant move in and move out are followed.
- Monitor parking at their site ensuring revenue maximization of the same.
- Ensure all related expenditures are in line with the applicable budget.
- Complete at least weekly inspections of their applicable portfolio of buildings,



ensuring material issues are reported to the Director of Asset Maintenance and Director of Asset Administration.
- Provides point of Liaison between maintenance team and tenants when access tenant space is required.
- Ensures no contractor is provided access to tenant space unannounced or unaccompanied.
- Works with maintenance team to ensure efficient turnover of residential units, as applicable.
- Ensures any vacant spaces in their portfolio are properly prepared for any showings by the commercial leasing team.

What we’re looking for:
- Educational background in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
- Previous experience working with commercial and residential tenants is an asset.
- Previous office administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.




- Effective precise communication and problem-solving skills.
