We're looking for a new Prospecting Sales Representative in our Toronto-area location!This is a hybrid role which will combine working from home with visiting client sites in the Greater Toronto Area, plus some in-office meetings. Compensation is a combination of a base salary + commissions + KPI bonus, as well as a car allowance and benefits package.ABOUT PREMIERE SUITES:Since 1999, Premiere Suites has been the most recognized and trusted provider of, high quality temporary residences for professionals and families all across Canada. Premiere Suites provides rented furnished apartments, condominiums, and townhomes for stays that on average are longer than 30 days and less than one year.



Premiere Suites has over 1,600 suites in 38 cities across Canada.ABOUT THE ROLE:As a member of the Premiere Suites National Sales Team, the primary responsibility of the Prospecting Sales Representative in the GTA is prospecting and bringing in new cliental within their region and/or nationally. Building and developing relationships with new accounts is the main focus and managing existing accounts. The Prospecting Sales Representative enhances the department and organization reputation consistent with Premiere Suites’ vision, mission and core beliefs of services as well as building and supporting sustainable and productive relations with clients, guests & Premiere Suites’ stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospecting for new business through introductory emails and calls, prospecting platforms, networking and events.Build and maintain a strong sales cycle of leads by proactively identifying new opportunities and following up with existing leads. Track all prospecting activities, sales interactions,



and progress through CRM.Service and maintain new business accountsNegotiate rates and optimize revenuePrepare and tailor presentations for prospective clients Manage existing accounts with the Account Management Team.Participate in industry events, associations and tradeshowsAchieve and/or exceed occupancy and revenue goalsWork closely as a team and assist other departments, if requiredConduct site inspections of properties within the territory with potential clients (if needed)Travel will be required on occasionOther projects and duties, as requiredREQUIRED SKILLS:Proven experience in outbound sales role with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional customer service skills including relationship building and problem solvingAbility to prioritize and to meet deadlinesStrong negotiation & influence skillsFlexible; ability to handle the changing hospitality & sales environmentAbility to make decisions with timely follow-upAbility to schedule meetings, travel, etc.Manage the current filing & database systemAble to act without guidance.Professional discretion & confidentialityFlexibility to travel occasionally QUALIFICATIONS:5 years prospecting sales experience, preferably in the Hospitality and/or Real Estate and Short-Term Rental IndustryPost-secondary education; Diploma or degree preferredMust have a valid driver’s license and own vehicleMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelMust be available to work evenings, weekend and holidays when required Compensation PackageBase Salary - $50,000-$55,000CommissionsKPI BonusCar Allowance Benefits Package
