We are hiring a Lead Systems Support Engineer to spearhead support for our SAP HANA, cloud, for our direct client.In this role, you'll apply advanced SAP administration expertise, alongside cloud and data lake experience, underpinned by a solid foundation in systems administration, virtualization, and multi-site IT operations. Your focus on security, reliability, and performance will drive our infrastructure forward.Responsibilities:Oversee application configuration, maintenance, security, and reliability for Data Services and SAP HANA as we build a cutting-edge analytics platform.Take ownership of a highly available,



secure production environment.Predict and prevent potential issues through proactive problem-solving.Plan and execute deployments, migrations, and upgrades with minimal service impact.Optimize performance across all infrastructure layers.Collaborate with architects and analysts to design agile, effective applications.Shape and scale our production infrastructure for future growth.Operate within a high-security PII and PCI-DSS Level 1 environment.Manage and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to best practices.Ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of data housed in SAP HANA and Snowflake environments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.A post-secondary degree in computer science, mathematics, or a quantitative field is highly desirable. Experience with AWS or GCP along with on-premises experience is required.Extensive SAP HANA administration experience, including HANA 2.0 SPS 00 or beyond.Expertise in cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure)



and automation.Strong knowledge of SAP HANA support tools and licensing compliance.Proven experience managing high-availability environments (HANA and Azure).Familiarity with XS Advanced (XSA) and replication technologies (SDI, Qlik Replicate, etc.).Experience with SAP on Linux and systems security.Hands-on experience with ETL tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Knowledge of PII and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.Background in banking, e-commerce, credit cards, or payment processing preferred.Experience with SaaS and on-premise architectures is a plus.
