Overview
Senior property accountants and intermediate property accountants interested in advancing their careers are currently in demand. Our client, a large global real estate company headquartered in downtown Toronto,
primarily serves significant clients and is searching for individuals with complex accounting experience.
They provide a hybrid model that emphasizes work-from-home (WFH) model and provides a genuine and outstanding work-life balance.
Rotation of hybrid work:
Week 1: 4 days in office (Mon to Thurs), Friday WFH
Week 2: WFH
Requirement
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
- Experience with complex inter-company transactions and chargebacks.
- Background in commercial property accounting, with a stronger emphasis on implementation and streamlining.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is strongly preferred.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and standards,
with a focus on property accounting.
Compensation is significant, with a salary range of $77,000 to $95,000 and a bonus.
Furthermore, our client provides a strong Pension/RSP plan
