As a Business Development Manager in the Produce Division, you will focus on driving growth in the produce and refrigerated goods sector across Canada and the US. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers who ship produce using refrigerated equipment both domestically and cross-border. Starting with prospecting and cold calling, you will develop a pipeline of potential clients aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile. Over time, you will build strong, rewarding relationships with your customers. This role offers a base salary of $75,000–$100,000, plus commissions.

THE LOCATION
- The office is located in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for remote work. While remote work is allowed, occasional office presence is preferred, including visits for training and face time.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in cross-border logistics, specifically handling produce sales, particularly from the US, with a focus on California.
- Valid driver’s license
