Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for an Senior Product Owner to lead, prioritize and ensure operational/strategic objectives are met.

The work performed under this contract will consist of supporting the Digital Hub in the design, prototyping, development, operation, scaling and sustainment of cloud-based software applications developed following an Agile methodology and leveraging DevOps processes.

Responsibilities:

- The Product Owner’s activities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Direct Engineer/Development and Support Resources;
- Create, manage and plan product backlog, including Epic-, Feature- and User Story-levels;
- Order and prioritize items within product backlog;




- Create user stories and plan features based on stakeholder requirements;
- Bring business problems/strategic questions to Technical Authority or their representative for refinement and direction;
- Provide business/operational/strategic context to user stories/product development;
- Coordinate with Product Manager to ensure resources allocated are sufficient to meet demands;
- Coordinate with Product Manager to plan for onboarding and scaling activities for selected applications, including identifying future resources that may be required;

Must Haves:

- Project Manager 5+years
- Agile Scrum 5+years
- Azure DevOps or JIRA 2+years
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Science Stream
