Senior Business Analyst with IAM experience to work with MSSP to transition services in house for a Cyber Security transformation program [BHO-440]

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with IAM experience to work with MSSP to transition services in house for a Cyber Security transformation program

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week with flexibility in Calgary or Edmonton.

Must Haves:

- 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with process experience
- Must have hands on experience supporting IAM Cyber Security projects (IGA and/or PAM experience preferred)
- Experiencing working on IAM environments, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Operational process/procedural documentation development
- Must have experience working with MSSP and other third party vendors

Nice to Have:





- Managed Service provider offboarding/onboarding

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT and Cybersecurity teams, and Third-Party System Integrator to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, IAM processes.
- Development of operational process and documentation for IAM workflows and solutions.
- Together with IAM System Integrator and internal IAM subject matter experts, identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing IAM processes and document improvements.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on new IAM processes and workflows, as required
