Senior Project Coordinator with MS Project experience to track and report project financials for multiple Network & Infrastructure projects - (AUP-473)

Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator with MS Project experience to track and report project financials for multiple Network & Infrastructure projects

Successful candidate will be onsite 5 days/week, working 8-5pm at clients SE location with onsite parking

Must Haves:

- 5+ years of experience as Project Coordinator with experience managing Project Financials and reporting
- Must have experience working on Network/Infrastructure projects such as: Desktop, Server, Storage, Compute, A/D, Data center, wifi, NAC, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Project and other MS tools such as: Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

- Create Project artifacts (delivery checklist, Status reports,



updating tools, collecting evidences, filing other PMO documentations)
- Create forecasting for projects and accruals working with finance and the PMO
- Organize project meetings, collect minutes and keep track of action items
- Assist PM and Program managers with Issue, Action, Risk and Decision tracker creation & maintenance
- Support Resource onboarding & Off boarding requests, coordination of access requests
- Work with contracting team for project contract requests and Purchase orders
- Assist in Stage gate and Quality gating coordination, materials and signoff
- Managing project repository and ensure it is up-to-date
- Preparation of Project documents such as Kick off materials, Project closure documentations
