Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Calling and receiving calls from clients
- Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
- Presenting and explaining insurance products
- Completing applications for insurance products
- Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests
- Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A sharp individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
- An individual that is a team player and works well under pressure
- An individual with professional communication skills
