Our client is seeking a Senior SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management) consultant manage, configure and optimize the change management system within SAP landscape
100% remote role must work MST business hours
Must have:
- Experience as a Senior ChaRM (Change Request Management) consultant managing, configuring and optimizing the change management system
- Experience working in complex SAP environments including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP PO or other SAP applications
- Expertise in SAP Charm configuration, including workflows, approval processes, and transport management
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices, especially for change management and transport management processes
- Strong understanding of SAP transport management tools and processes.
- Proficiency with SAP GUI and Solution Manager for monitoring and managing transport and change processes.
Nice to have:
- SAP certification in Change Management, SAP Solution Manager, or related modules is a plus.
- Experience with ITIL certifications or processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and how they relate to change management in SAP environments.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP cloud-based solutions is beneficial
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and operation of change management processes within the SAP landscape.
- This includes managing change requests, transports, and the overall approval process, while ensuring smooth coordination across different SAP applications (such as SAP S/4HANA, BW, and others) and teams
