Job Description : The Human Resources Business Partner provides advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders within workforce management service area. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
is responsible for supporting leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, payroll, scheduling and labour relations as well as ensuring HR is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation. The Human Resources Business Partner reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
