ROLE : Guidewire Billing Center BSA

Location: Toronto

Duration - Long Term

Role Description: The BSA will analyze moderate to complex systems and functionality issues as reported by the business unit. Recommend and communicate possible workaround solutions before programming changes are applied. Proactively act upon any recognized trends in system problems. Evaluate and offer feedback on different solutions. Create Requirement documentation for introducing system changes. Testing moderate to complex system changes, and maintaining and updating tables changes.

Essential Skills:



5+ years working as a Guidewire Billing Center BSA experience Guidewire Billing Center Ace Certified 5+ years' experience working in personal insurance Hands-on experience working on Agency Bill, Broker Fees, and Commission Experience working as part of Agile Delivery Team Hands-on experience working with project team on defining and managing project scope Must be able to identify project issues/roadblocks and steps for mitigation and resolution
Desirable Skills: Scrum Master experience Experience working on Conversion Projects CIP or strong insurance knowledge Prior Billing Center conversion experience is an asset Prior experience working on business requirements related to IT/Digital Development
