Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Technical Writer with Cyber Security experience to support Operations, IAM and GRC documentation for a transformational program.

This role is 100% remote, working MST hours.

Must Haves:

- 6+ years experience' as a Technical Writer
- Must have Cyber Security domain experience, specifically creating documentation within Security Operations, IAM, and GRC processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, IT, and business units, to gather information and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Support the MSSP transition by documenting new processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition to in-house resources.




- Create user-friendly guides, manuals, and training materials to support the implementation of new cybersecurity processes and tools.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Continuously update and improve documentation based on feedback and changes in processes or tools.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new documentation and processes.
