Who We are Looking For
Technical Inside Sales – Full Time
We are looking for the perfect team member that will assist our customers on a wide variety of topics for pumps and water specialties. This individual will also work with the outside sales team and provide ongoing support where required. Anyone with a background in plumbing, electrical or pump and water systems such as filtration, municipal or septic would be a highly sought after candidate.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist customers on a wide variety of topics for pumps and water specialties via phone, email and walk in.
- Generate sales orders and complete sales transactions.
- Loading of orders onto customer vehicles.
- Assembly of small pumps.
- Assist in the opening/closing of the premises at the start and end of the day.
- Maintain a clean and organized building.
- Occasional visit to site if required.
What You Offer
- Ideally you have a base knowledge set of pumps and water systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Highly motivated with a professional demeanor and eager to work in a team environment.
- Safety conscious and detail oriented.
- Experience with D365 an asset but not required.
- Class 5 (or higher)
driver's licence is required.
- Must be able to troubleshoot a wide variety of topics.
- Anyone with a skilled trades ticket will be highly considered (plumber, electrician, HVAC).
- Compensation based on experience.
