Forest Hill Orthodontics is looking for a passionate, energetic, Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established practices in Toronto, ON.

Our team is the secret to our success and as a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in meeting potential patients and working with the orthodontist to present treatment and payment options to adults, teens, and children.
The position requires an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and an understanding of orthodontics.

What you will be doing - Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
- Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
- Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
- Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
- Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:
- Customer Service Expertise: A natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales or a similar role where exceeding goals is celebrated.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
The ability to clearly explain treatment plans and financial options in a professional yet relatable way.
- Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient files and follow-ups without missing a beat.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive office culture.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with practice management software and basic computer applications is a plus.
What you bring – qualifications:
- Orthodontic or dental experience considered an asset but not necessary
- Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
- Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
