Job Description

Temporary full time (40 hours/week) Co-op/Intern position for 17 weeks from May 5 to August 29, 2025.

To be eligible for an internship at Renesas, students must be enrolled at a college/university.

To further strengthen the team at our Ottawa location, we are looking for an ASIC Digital Design and Verification Co-op Student who will work on the development of state of the art mixed-signal PLL (phase-locked loop) integrated circuits.



During the coop term in the Digital Verification team you will learn about our object-oriented verification environment and testcase writing. You will be assigned a number of programming tasks which will allow you to contribute to our verification team and grow your knowledge and gain experience in ASIC verification at the same time.
