Spectrum Pharma is expanding, and we’re looking for a Clinical Project Manager who’s ready to take on more than just project execution. This role is ideal for someone with a vision for growth—a strategic thinker who can help shape the future of our rapidly evolving clinical services division.
While this is not a director-level role yet, we’re looking for someone who can bring leadership, structure, and long-term direction to the department.
You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of clinical trial supply operations while influencing the broader strategy.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee clinical trial supply projects from planning to execution.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline packaging, labeling, and distribution.
✅ Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
✅ Provide strategic insights and help define the long-term vision of the department.
✅ Lead without direct authority—gaining buy-in through expertise, communication, and problem-solving.
✅ After full integration into the role, the Project Manager – Logistics & Distribution will report to this position,
further expanding the leadership responsibilities.
Who You Are:
A strong project manager with a deep understanding of clinical trial supply chain operations.
A strategic thinker who can see beyond daily tasks and contribute to long-term department goals.
An influencer and communicator who can align teams without direct supervisory power.
Someone with experience in clinical packaging, labeling, and logistics (ideally 3+ years).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, life sciences, project management).
3+ years of experience in clinical trial supply chain, packaging, or logistics within the pharmaceutical or biotech
industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and clinical trial regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage projects, optimize processes, and collaborate across departments.
Fluent in English
