As an independent In-Home Design Consultant, you have the ability to work autonomously, while working collaboratively and supportively with a team of like-minded professionals.



We are currently seeking exceptional people who are looking for a unique opportunity. This is an excellent role for Interior Designers, Professional Organizers, Re-modelers, Kitchen Designers, Real Estate Agents, Retail Workers, Single-Parents, or just looking for a great side-hustle.

- COMPENSATION: Most of our designers earn $ 75 - $ 100 per hour or more, or $ 2,000 - $ 4,000 per month working part time.
- OPPORTUNITY: This position is an excellent augmentation to your existing interior design service, organizational consulting, or other real estate or home improvement business; our product is an excellent add-on or up-sell to your existing service, and you are encouraged to up-sell your services to leads that we will provide you.





We will provide you with;

- Extensive product training,
- Sales materials,
- Significant marketing support,
- Leads, through our call centre and online sales funnel,
- Operational support,
- Contact Manage System to manage prospect, leads and sales,
- Ongoing coaching and camaraderie.

You will require;

- A car, and valid driver’s license,
- A late-model laptop and cell phone,
- Working knowledge of MS office and general computer skills,
- Familiarity with Instagram and other Social Media channels would be an asset,
- Experience with Sketch Up 3D design program would be an advantage.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage and perform in-home consultation which will provide a custom solution for our client
- Educating our clients on the ShelfGenie products, demonstrate our product samples, highlight unique features and benefits,



and sell the custom design, giving our client their solution
- Responsible for a fantastic customer experience which includes, but not limited to, client follow-up that will develop into strong ongoing customer relationships

- Enthusiasm and positive attitude.
